Clean the skin thoroughly before each application, as oils, lotions, and dirt will prevent proper adhesion. Insert the lead wire pins into the electrode connectors, then remove the protective liner and press the pads firmly onto the skin — adhesion improves once the electrodes reach skin temperature. When removing, peel from the edge without pulling on the lead wires, then place the electrodes back on the liner and twist-pull to detach the wire.
