The Jupiter lift chair from EZee Life is a basic model with features that are comparable to higher-end lift chairs from other manufacturers. It has a weight capacity of 352 lbs (160 kg) and comes in three different colors: brown, dark brown, and blue Chenille upholstery (100% Polyester fiber).

The Jupiter lift chair features a three-position recline, four casters with 2 brake on the two back casters, and a lounger style that fully supports the legs with no gap between the footrest and seat. The back is also removable for easy handling, and the hand control is easy to use. The lift chair also offers maximum seat elevation with superb stability in full lift position and wide construction for greater side to side stability. It has a top steel base for durability and cross supports, engineered bushings and washers at pivot points for quiet smooth operation and durability, and direct drive activation that synchronizes right and left sides for easy opening. The motor is low voltage, 24 volt, UL approved, and there is a battery backup in case of power outages.

The Jupiter lift chair comes with a one motor explanation, which means that it incorporates a single motor that allows for simpler controls where the footrest and back move automatically and together when the control buttons are depressed. Two motor models allow for independent control of the backrest and footrest.

EZee Life™ warrants the Planet lift chair line to be free from material and workmanship problems, with a lifetime warranty on all Planet lift chair frames and a first and second-year warranty on parts and labor. Third-year warranty covers parts only. However, the warranty does not extend to consequential costs resulting from the fault or defect of the product, such as freight and travel costs, loss of earnings, or other expenses that one may incur. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, and the original receipt must be presented before any warranty options are considered.

If warranty service is required, the customer must contact HPU Medical Wholesale and fill out the warranty claim form with pictures where and if relevant. Once approval is given for warranty, the vendor can choose between two levels of service: the local dealer can make the needed repairs and invoice for repair after the quote has been submitted and approved, or a third-party service can be arranged to book a time for repair with the client. It’s important to note that footrests on lift chairs are designed to take the weight of the user’s legs only, and chair frames damaged because of excess weight on the footrests, or users entering or leaving the seat without lowering the footrest, are not covered by the warranty.
